I remove the 'quiet' option, and nothing displayed in monitor.
After changing kernel to 0422.1, it can boot in emergency mode.
Do you have any other ideas ?

Bmap tool can burn bz2 directly , no need to extract it. I guess the reason is
kernel. Please try to change the kernel to 0422.1’s and have a
try. Or you also can remove ‘quiet’ option in the kernel
line(/boot/extlinux/extlinux.conf) to check the log in console to see why it
boot fail.

You might need to bunzip2
tizen-ivi_20140730.1_ivi-mbr-i586-sdb.raw.bz2 and then sudo bmaptool copy
tizen-ivi_20140730.1_ivi-mbr-i586-sdb.raw /dev/sdb

Subject: Can not boot tizen-ivi_20140730.1_ivi-mbr-i586-sdb.raw.bz2
Hi,
I want to run some APP with tizen-ivi_20140730.1_ivi-mbr-i586-sdb.raw.bz2,
but it couldn't boot.
Steps:
1. download "tizen-ivi_20140730.1_ivi-mbr-i586-sdb.raw.bz2" and
"tizen-ivi_20140730.1_ivi-mbr-i586-sdb.bmap".
2. sudo bmaptool copy tizen-ivi_20140730.1_ivi-mbr-i586-sdb.raw.bz2 /dev/sdb
"/dev/sdb" is a 8GB USB storage.
3. boot the USB storage with PC.
After bios booting, the monitor turn to black screen."ctrl+alt+F1~8" didn't
work.
"tizen_20140422.1_ivi-release-mbr-i586-sdb.raw.bz2" is able to boot.
"tizen-ivi_20140721.1_ivi-mbr-i586-sdb.raw.bz2" can not boot.
"tizen_20140709.1_ivi-mbr-i586-sdb.raw.bz2" can not boot.
Could anyone tell me what happened?
Best Regards,
kong ling
