Best way to start to help is to follow a simple bug in the process
(Jira, Gerrit, snapshot, release) and then pick one and fix it
yourself.
Take a very simple one, as the process is not that simple and you
need to master it well.
You likely also want to remove your email signature which more or
less says that we cannot read your post :-(
