Hi Andy,

I don't have this issue here when installing a wgt app.
It looks like you are installing a xpk app. Could you please provide the 
detailed steps? It'd be better if you can file a bug on Jira.

I used this new image to test crosswalk,it crashed and error info changed.

I am very depressed about this result.
