Given the name of the function, I'm guessing it's trying to get the tick
counter from a CPU coprocessor, but such coprocessor doesn't exist on your
board. It's a fairly good guess that it does on Samsung's systems.
I recommend investigating the OpenSSL source code for that function to see if
there's a switch to turn it on or off. It's also important for us to know what
effect disabling this function will have on Samsung's ARM systems.
