Rather than delete the files, potentially breaking the installation, can't you disable them at boot via systemctl <http://www.freedesktop.org/software/systemd/man/systemctl.html>? For example, something like the following should work:
systemctl disable Modello_Homescreen You may need to use the appropriate --system, --user or --global option, as well, depending on whether or not the Modello homescreen is run in the system or user session.
