Now you are being self-contradictory. tlm has nothing to do with graphical sessions. It just launches sessions as needed, graphical or not.
I just repeat what I said earlier, we have agreed in October 2013, when architecturing Tizen 3 that multiple sessions would not be used and I will ask you to comply with that agreement which is not going to be change any time soon.
I don't know what you have agreed. But I thought there's agreement about multi-seat support for IVI. Multi-seat is pretty useless if you can have only one seat active at a time.
Only sensible way to have multi-seat is to allow session per seat. (and now we also allow distinction between physical and logical seats, so you can launch multiple sessions per physical seat too)
