Thanks for reporting! I didn't try reproducing this, but based on the backtrace I think I found the bug that causes the crash and made a fix: https://review.tizen.org/gerrit/#/c/30985/ The crash happens if fclose() fails during writing the volume database to disk, so this doesn't seem to have anything to do with bluetooth... Prior to the crash there should have been this log message from pulseaudio: "fclose() failed: <some errno based message>".
