Hello,

native public API are only supported on th eMobile profile under Tizen 2.x.
IVI is based on Tizen 3 and there is, as today, no public Native API.
You can still write native applications, but they will hav eto be
managed as a platform App.

If you are targeting App candidate to sit in an AppStore, you need to
work with HTML5.

Please refer to the Tizen Wiki on Platform development to better
understand  the differences.
