All, I am struggling with setting the default user to 'app' with this image booting on Minnow Board Max. By default, the system starts with the 'genivi' user. I have compared with the 'ivi-mbr-i586 image, which defaults to the 'app' user and have been unable to discern the difference. On both images, the tlm.conf files are identical, as are the weston-<user_name>.ini files in /etc/xdg/weston. The EFI image on the MM board actually loads a first desktop with the 'genivi' user, and then opens a second windowed weston compositor as the 'app' user. The application suite runs in that windowed environment, but not as full screen.
The help I need is 1) how to disable the 'genivi' user at startup, and 2) how to set the default user to 'app' as was the case previously.
