AMB has had a CAN Plugin Generator that can take a Vector CAN db file and generate stub c++ code for a couple major releases now. This tool reduces the work and time necessary to create CAN plugins for specific vehicles.
Recently I received a patch that should further reduce the time/work required by bypassing the intermediate step and any hand editing. Since I don't have a access to a Vector CAN dbc or the corresponding vehicle, I require help in validating this patch.
