Here is the kernel message when I play livetv (this works fine and even video footage looks correct):
ivtv-osd warning: Need to adjust to width 720 src_w 720 dst_w 720 src_x 0 dst_x 0
ivtv-osd warning: Need to adjust to height 480 src_h 480 dst_h 480 src_y 0 dst_y 0
ivtv-osd warning: Source video: Interlaced
ivtv warning: Enable video output

When I play one of my DVDs, I first get this message when the FBI warning, intro before menu, etc. plays:
ivtv-osd warning: Need to adjust to width 720 src_w 720 dst_w 720 src_x 0 dst_x 0
ivtv-osd warning: Need to adjust to height 480 src_h 480 dst_h 358 src_y 0 dst_y 62
ivtv-osd warning: Source video: Interlaced
ivtv warning: Enable video output

Once the animated menu appears and when the regular DVD video plays, this is the message:
ivtv-osd warning: Need to adjust to height 480 src_h 480 dst_h 480 src_y 0 dst_y 0
ivtv-osd warning: Source video: Interlaced

The video is 2-3 pulldown film. On scene transitions it sometimes seems like fields are being displayed out of order, like the picture was offset up or down by one. Any insight into what might be the best thing to do for xine dvd playback would be appreciated.
