Now it is partially solved! Removeing these two lines 0x39327485 tveeprom_hauppauge_analog drivers/media/video/tveeprom 0x39327485 tveeprom_hauppauge_analog extra/ivtv-tveeprom from /usr/src/linux-2.6.13-15-obj/i386/default/Module.symvers did the trick!
