That's a KT133 which is known to have DMA problems: http://www.eurogamer.net/article.php?article_id=30540 for example. I haven't been able to find any discription of known DMA problems with the KM400A, KM400 or KT400, so I don't know whether I have a point problem or if this would happen for a replacement board too.
