Hello Hans (and ofcourse the rest of the list), I tested the 0.4.0 driver today with firmware revision 0x02040011 and it seemed fine and stable. Using the 0x02050032 version gives artifacts after a small amount of time (about 2 - 5 min). Changing channels does not solve this problems. Reloading the driver also does not change the artifacts. After rebooting (either cold or warm) I can record for another 2-5 minutes without artifacts and then they are back.
The driver is extremely stable and I never have freezes/crashes/reboots. So keep up the good work. Can I do something else to debug this "problem"? And might it be usefulle to test the new "HcwMakoC" file from Hauppauge?
