this is related to the issue i previously posted (still unresolved), but i'm
wondering:

Is it at all possible to have the video input set to 4 (ivtvctl -p 4), but, at
the same time,
the audio input set to line-in (ivtvctl -q 1).

As i posted before, I get an error when i try "ivtvctl -q 1" :
        ioctl VIDIOC_S_AUDIO failed: Invalid argument

When I switch to the line-in with the "-p" flag, ivtvctl -Q reports that audio
is set
to linein (Audio input = 1: Audio Line In)

In other words, i need my own type of "hypercomposite":
                                [ tuner video + line-in audio ]

anyone doing that for any reason? (my reason is to have stereo sound but avoid
S-Video-In
blurring degradation)

tia
