I removed that, and it did not help.  I currently have no ivtv module
options, and still the error.

I have a two cards, PVR-350 (/dev/video1) and a PVR-500 (/dev/video2 &
/dev/video3), so I was seeing three incidents of the Error -3
initializing firmware.  /dev/video0 is an hdtv card.

Next time I will include the entire log.  I've reverted to the 0.4.0
release, which works, for the evening: lots of programs queued up to
record.  I will try again tomorrow afternoon when the schedule is free.
And I'll recap the info w/ the entire log.  Might be an R5A26 issue w/
hotplug support, or something else other than ivtv, but I'd like to get
it figured out.  :)
