According to the encoder firmware API the bframes value should be set to
one more than the number of b-frames to use, e.g. 3 for IBBP... From
what I have seen in the source, ivtv does not silently correct this
value as it does with the bitrate_peak setting. Can you recommend a
utility to dump/analyze the generated MPEG stream?
