I've gone back the old kernel and cannot capture using cat
/dev/video0>test.mpg. It seems somethign has gone bad.

I'm going to try going back to 0.3.7 to see what happens.

As for the motherboard, it's been up and running for over 2 years now
without a problem. The PVR has been in it since April and we've never
seen messages like this before.

It's all quite strange.
