I have four PVR-250s and lately (with 0.4.2) I've been getting recordings that have flashes of mostly black in the upper or lower third of the screen a couple times a second. It only happens every so often and only to recordings from the tuner but today I caught it making such a recording and I poked at it for awhile.
I was surprised to find that all it seemed to take to eliminate the flicker was to set the tuner frequency to the same value it already had.
