I used to use the TV-Out on my 350. It used to lock up all the time. I went through 2 motherboards until I finally found one that doesn't lock up, and only one PCI slot doesn't lock up. Any of the others will cause a lock-up. There's a possibility that you're doing something wrong, but it could just be the 350's finicky behavior.
