Ever since I've got my PVR 250 and 350 both suffer from having a number of white pixels at the last visible line. On a CRT TV this is not too bad due to overscan, but on a computer monitor or LCD TV it's quite disturbing.
The artifact is best described as a white line at the most bottom line from 1/6 to 2/6 of the screen horizontally. Some testing seems to indicate that it consistently occurs at some channels (NED1, NED2, NED3 in the Netherlands), but not on others. Likely this is some signal encoded, but it should not be visible :-) My capture settings are 720x576 (PAL).
