The card is a brand new PVR-500, with latest FC4 packages from atrpms.net.

I'm also getting random audio issues, which may be Tinny Audio.  To me
it sounds like just very loud static.  I hear no audio, except the
static.  It is random and usually takes about 3 or 4 channel changes
to get correct audio.
