The Samsung tuners had a wrong number in our software, so the 2121P30A 
should have been 2221P30A (and the same for the PAL variant). So yes, 
this patch is also for this tuner.

The patch is only for ivtv-0.4.5 since with kernel 2.6.16 the tuner 
module from the kernel is used. So if you want to test the same thing 
with the 2.6.16 kernel then you have to patch tuner-types.c in the 
kernel. Look for the tuner and add '+4' to the 0x01, 0x02 and 0x08 
values.
