Thank you

I'm not going to upgrade the kernel alone as this will cause a lot of
problems with
the updates from SUSE.
I was planning to upgrade to SUSE 10.1 (which should have kernel 2.6.15)
in the
nearer future anyway, so I'll try to perform the upgrade as soon as
possible and
let you know the result.
