Yep, I also just started seeing this after upgrading to 2.6.17. Using kernel rpm release 2157_FC5 with the 0.7.0-117 ivtv kernel module. Using rpms from the atrpms repo. This is on an athlon x2. Never saw this before with
kernel-2.6.16-1.2111_FC5 & ivtv 0.6.2 or previous. So I'm swiching back for now.
This is with two PVR-250's and encoder fw 0x02050032 (md5sum d85cb08382395390dc95ac6ebc2205f9).
