It's OK by me, please submit it.

I even double checked via experiment the change to tuner_stereo(), and
that empirically appears to be correct as well despite what the
TAPE-H091F datasheet says!

I was concerned because according to the TAPE-H091F datasheet, AFC
voltage level from the TDA9887 is present on the TUNER_SIGNAL bits,
not stereo indication. See the last sentence on page 2 and the bottom
half of page 13 of the TAPE-H091F datasheet.

After experimentation with the only 5 FM mono stations available
near me and numerous stereo stations, I will tentatively conclude
conclude that stereo indication is indeed on the TUNER_SIGNAL
bits with a value of TUNER_STEREO_MK3 for the TAPE-H0x1x tuners,
and not AFC voltage.
