After a little hacking I have finally got an ivtvdev_drv which actually
displays stuff on the screen using X.org 7.1!

The patch is attached -- it's pretty crufty, but then so is the original
source  ;-)  If I get inspired I might take a hacksaw to it later.

Preliminary Debian packages are available at
http://www.hellion.org.uk/ivtv/debian/ -- pickup the ~unreleased.1
packages. I also dropped the .so in there in case any non-Debian users
are interested in giving it a shot.

I'd very much appreciate anyone giving it a try and reporting back
success or not.
