ok, it seems as if it is not the pvrinput-plugin (which does only open vbi0 for 
ioctls, without reading from it) but the teletext-plugin.

Could it be caused by the changes in rev. 3710: "Add new code to retrieve 
program indices. Does not handle VBI insertion (yet)." ?
