I rebooted and kernel took /dev/video0 instead of /dev/video1 so I configured mythtv for /dev/video0. Next reboot kernel took /dev/video1 so I reconfigured mythtv-setup to take /dev/video1 instead of /dev/video0 and rebooted and it worked. Thing is with 2.6.19-1.2914 configuration it should have worked. I have a quickcam taken by kernel on /dev/video0. Now my configuration is exactly as it was before with 2.6.19-1.2914, but I had to reconfigure over again twice with rebooting to get it to work with 2.6.19-1.2917.
