Does it make sense to build an updated cx25840 in ivtv for 2.6.20
(perhaps by explicitly asking for it with Makefile parameters)?

I'm thinking of vendor kernels that will ship 2.6.20 based kernel
packages and minor kernel revisions can take up to a month to be
released (2.6.19.1-2-3 were more or less one month apart) for vendors
to rebase.
