I'm not familiar with the way FC does things but the driver you are
looking for is in the 2.6.23.9 kernel..
if you can not find/load it check the following... be sure you have the
correct ( current) firmware (the modules wont load correctly without them)
if the ivtv module (and supporting modules) don't exist on your system be
sure to install the kernel source for FC (i.e. 2.6.23.-85 FC8) and custom
compile a new comptible kernel supporting the drivers you need .
