Hello. Do the pvr-250/350 cards have timebase correction or other features to improve the quality of a VHS (ntsc)-> DVD transfer? Do any of the newer Hauppauge cards have TBC features? Can anyone recommend ivtvctl or v4l2-ctl settings for good results?
