I'll add a bit here. I compiled myth 0.21 fixes from sources. Since
then, I've tried the Debian pre-rolled Myth. I still see the same issue.

Can anyone confirm that they are using 2.6.24, latest PVR-350 X driver
(0.10.1), and MythTV 0.21 fixes successfully?

Outside of that, can anyone verify whether or not interlace issues still
exist with all video cards being used with MythTV? Every single video
card had this issue three years ago, hence the use of the PVR-350.

Does anyone that had interlacing issues, with normal video cards, now have
those issues resolved, via a means that is knowledge transferable to
others? If so, what bugs in Myth or in X or in X drivers have been
resolved to fix them?
