Please try my latest experimental stuff at http://linuxtv.org/hg/~awalls/cx18-bugfix/ I should have that particular message resolved. You may also want to load the cx18 module with 'debug=7' for info, warning, and mailbox debugging to help me see exactly where things go bad in the driver. Also it would be helpful if you got the message from /var/log/messages with a timestamp to compare with timestamps in the Myth backend log. I'm almost sure you'll get it on a channel change or when you stop a capture. If that doesn't fix your bigger MythTV problems, then I'll look a little harder at your MythTV backend log problems.
