PCI bus errors return 0xffffffff. A new kernel and drivers with a busier, more I/O intensive boot sequence may be triggering it. 1. Make sure lspci -vnn shows real numbers and not ff's. 2. Unload and reload ivtv module. If that doesn't help, try removing the card, blowing out any dust and reinstalling the card.
