Thanks, I have now change the build process to

ln -s /usr/X11R6/%{_lib}/Server/include ../../include
xmkmf -a -DXF86DriverSDK
make

I had to hunt the above config quite a while, as XFree86/xorg only
supports either in source drivers or drivers dropped in the SDK driver
folders (hence the funny symlink above).

I hope the new packages will work now for all driver versions
including x86_64. Once uploaded the version/release combinations for
the fixed packages will look like:

ivtv-0.1.10-48.4_pre2_ck100zz
ivtv-0.2.0-57_rc2z
ivtv-0.3.1w-58
