  Some progress with my NTSC (tuner=50) PVR-150 and your latest patch:

  With mixer_input=2 and 'ivtvctl -p 2' (composite) I get perfect composite 
video and audio.

  With mixer_input=1 and 'ivtvctl -p 6' (NTSC) I get tuner video and no audio.

  With mixer_input=1 and 'ivtvctl -p 2' (composite) I get composite video with 
tuner audio.

  Still no audio and just grey screen with any mixer_input and 'ivtvctl -p 0' 
(S-video) input.

  Hope these clues help.
