Mike,

Thanks for pointing that out!

My impression from reading the documentation at that URL is that even a
stock 2.6.9 should work, albeit with some distortion. I've since verified
that TV reception is working on this card -- both sound and video.
However, when I run the 'radio' application:

  $ radio -f 89.7
  set to freq 89.69
  Running: aplay -f dat < /dev/video24
Playing raw data 'stdin' : Signed 16 bit Little Endian, Rate 48000 Hz,
Stereo

I get nothing but silence. Syslog says:

  saa7115: decoder disable output
ivtv: Setting audio matrix to input 2, output 1
  saa7115: decoder enable output
  saa7115: decoder disable output
  saa7115: decoder enable output
  saa7115: decoder disable output
  saa7115: decoder enable output

I'm running:

  - Fedora Core 3
  - Kernel 2.6.9-1.724_FC3 w/ the new_tuners patch
  - ivtv-0.2.0-rc3d

I'm loading the modules with a 'modprobe ivtv', and I haven't set any
module options in /etc/modprobe.conf. This results in the following
module stack:

  Module Size Used by
  msp3400 26168 0
  saa7127 12956 0
  saa7115 13208 0
  tuner 19437 0
  tveeprom 12596 0
  ivtv 792292 0

  videodev 10305 1 ivtv

I've attached the ivtv module load log output to this email (barring
voracious mailing list attachment filters, that is).
