xawtv only works with uncompressed video streams, not
for the pvrX50 series of cards..

the vbi for pvr150 will have to be supplied to the
encoder chip by the cx25843 (video decoder), which
isn't really in the domain of the ivtv project.

I think gerd wrote that one.

If we're sure that the 25843 is sending the data, then
maybe it could be an ivtv problem, but i doubt it.
