Matt -

You have a PVR-150 MCE (I have one too). If you load the cx25840
module from the 0.3.2a driver you will be able to see video with
tuner=47 (with a 2.6.10 kernel module) or tuner=43 (with the 0.3.2b
tuner.ko -- it doesn't have the tuner type 47 definition but tuner
type 43 is identical). Something broke for the MCE version of the
PVR-150 between the 0.3.2a and 0.3.2b driver in the cx25840 module.  I
know it works fine for the PVR-150 retail version because a co-worker
has one and is able to see video just fine (tuner=50 from a 2.6.10
kernel... or tuner=39 from the 0.3.2b tuner module is close enough).

I am going to look into the changes over the weekend... no promises
about when though.

P.S. - My co-worker friend was able to get tuner audio working
(followed Axel Thimm's suggestion from a previous email). It may not
be the correct fix, but he will post what he did later tonight.
