Okay well I decided found another person with similar card and
suggested an upgrade to a more recent version of IVTV so I moved my
apt settings from stable to testing and was able to upgrade to  ivtv:
version 0.2.0 (rc3b), which so far running about 30 minutes I havent
seen a single error message on either tuner, I will know for sure when
my recordings go through monday and see if any of them stop or
MythBackend Crashes
