I do not have color on the S-video input.  I was going to investigate this 
further since I was not sure of my source device.  That is good to know.

Composite looks fine.

Hadn't looked that closely.  I suspect the registers just aren't getting the 
right values.

Perhaps John's patch will help with that also.
