The modules in conflict are msp3400 and tveeprom.  I don't believe you
should be touching the other modules you removed.

Well, this just means you are giving  some arguments in the
modprobe.conf that aren't needed.

I don't believe you've sent the contents of modprobe.conf to the list.
 Can you do that (again if this is a repeat)
