I've tried to extract from the 'HcwMakoA.ROM' file. Still get the "ivtvfwextract.pl: Can't open /tmp/ivtvex.xxxxx/hcwpvrp2.sys: No such file or directory". I have no idea why the perl script cannot read/write to or from/to this directory, I'm running as root. Maybe I'll just leave it until tomorrow...
When I try this, it doesn't actually create that directory in /tmp... not a read/write error, but a doesn't-do-anything error.
