Tuner Audio is NOW fine, w/ the modified line 1120 in driver/cx25840-driver.c to 0x0001 I have only really tested using the tuner, not the composite in - although before I made the line 1120 change audio was only working when a video source other than tuner was selected and was tuner audio combined with aux in audio. Still no /dev/lirc*, but that's another topic.
