I am assuming you are you referring to the firmware error?

The firmware appears to be in the correct place:

[EMAIL PROTECTED] sbin]# cd /lib/modules
[EMAIL PROTECTED] modules]# ls
2.6.10-1.741_FC3  2.6.10-1.766_FC3  2.6.9-1.667  ivtv-fw-dec.bin 
ivtv-fw-enc.bin

Any other ideas? Thanks for the help.
