I'm surprised to see you have working tuner audio with 

CX25840_SET_PATH1_SEL_CTL(0x0000)

-from everything I've observed this needs to be set to 2 for
everything but PAL 150/500s and the PG600s.  This makes figuring out
how to set that much more complicated.
