I've got it working now, I'll grab a patch together tonight, maybe you can see if it works for you. (It's snowing now so I have to go out with the kids ;-)
Basically, I changed the initial norm to -1 and consolidated all the PATH1 and SRC3_PHASE stuff into the set_audio call. Setting the input now finishes with a set_audio call. I think the problem may have been that the initial set_norm never arrives because it was equal to the default. So with these changes, it seems to work for PAL on the PVR-500MCE (on FC3 with 4KSTACKS). Cheers, Jelte.
