1-0060 for tuner 1, 2-0061 for tuner 2, unless I add the option "addr=0x61" to 
the tuner module.

Oh, and yes, there are cards that have their actual TV tuner at 60, thus the 
v4l change from 61 to 60 to start scanning.

Yup, I've got pretty good reason to believe that 1-0060 is the FM tuner, per 
some discussion with someone on the v4l list. Currently, the tuner module 
just stops at the first tuner it finds. Reportedly, Gerd is pondering/working 
on a fix for this...
