Thanks for the suggestion. I did grep /etc/ before, but must have
missed something, for I have now found the very nice knoppix-specific
/etc/mythtv/modules/ivtv file.

Thank you so much for pushing me to do so again !

Jarod : the card now shows an image with your patches, only ivtv needs
to be loaded, the rest is pulled in. thanks for your work !
